Most of the activity in the software area involved team working

My particular experience was to manage a team of gifted programmers for developing the online authorisation system for VISA cards in Frankfurt (1988-2004).

The challenge was to do this in parallel to running the authorisation system itself

This meant the local management of 25 engineers

Subsequently, I took care of product and program management in the smart card area

Managing the activity involved cross-national team management, since the developers were now spread throughout the globe

I always met my objectives and reached a very good level of understanding and effective collaboration with those which I managed and my own management

I can only refer to the results obtained and the appraisals and certifications that I received.
