I was trained in coaching in a postgrade course held by UAH (Univ. de Alcala de Henares) and further specialisation at the UNED (Univ. Nac. Educ. a Dist. ). I also visited several coaching workshops held by the COIT (Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Telecomunicacion).

In the course of these training sessions I took some notes that I summarize, giving all credits of them to UAH (by way of Aflora Consulting) and UNED staff. They might be of interest:

The idea of the book of linking coaching and neuroscience is good, but the neuroscience aspects covered in the book are far from rigorous and very often I wonder what the author wants to conclude. In fact, quite often no correlate is found, so the reader is dazzled. Anyhow, he gave it a first stab to contrast both things.
